OKAY so I saw this a few days ago and was like “whatever” but then I smashed my phone in a car door, had to clean up some dead baby bunnies in my yard, and have just generally NOT had a good week. I’m fucking spooked and I’m reblogging this twice to get the universe to stop.

at first he pulled back a little startled from what just happened
When he realized what was happening he immediately pressed his lips to yours once more

in the middle of all the laughing you kissed her
She froze
You pulled back apologizing
She said no it was nice and asked if you could try it again
And Bonus Staci Pratt:
Even though you had been dating for almost a month Pratt still hadn’t kissed you
It was driving you crazy
you constantly caught you self staring at his lips dreaming of what they would feel like against your own
One day you decided to take the plunge
The two of you were watching a movie on his couch, you curled against him
You looked up at him and were about to do it but got too nervous
“What’s wrong?” he asked when he noticed your sudden change in demeanor
you try to play it cool but he knows something is up
It’s not until you’re half asleep that you get your kiss
Staci was tucking you in when you grabbed his face and kissed him
He turned red but didn’t pull away
When you pulled apart he brought his fingers to his lips savoring the feeling
he was like a teenager getting his first kiss
You smile at him and ask if it was good
he says he needs to try it a few more times
You were a up for a while longer making sure he got a good idea

These were so much fun to write I really hope you enjoy them. I tried to make each one different and fit to their characters. Hopefully I came somewhat close.

Dutch and Jacob Seed have a few parallels I never thought about before.
In the beginning when you wake up in Dutch’s room, he tells you how the cult has been waiting for someone to “kick of their goddamn Holy War” and “well you sure as shit kicked”. Right before Jacob’s death, he tells you something similar. “Just waiting for someone to push us. And boy, have you pushed us.”
It made me think of the two of them, and how maybe these lines are meant to make us compare them to one another. They are both veterans, but due to big differences to all other parts of their lives, they turned out very differently.
Dutch got all these medals and diplomas around his bunker, and is clearly still in love with his country. Probably because his country treated him well. He got to have a family, kids, nieces, even though he scared them away in the end.
Jacob never got shit back from his country. He went through hell in the war, and didn’t get the medical attention he needed afterwards. He ended up in a homeless shelter. His hatred for the systems that repeatedly failed him as a child, soldier, and human being is perfectly understandable.
It’s just really sad, when you think about how they probably could’ve had a lot more in common, if not circumstances pushed them in different directions.
